pep talk

Sometimes life deals you blows that are hard to handle. Sometimes, you are simply out of energy to deal with arising problems. In moments like these, it's important to keep take a step back and keep a bigger picture in mind.

Lean onto the people in your support network and take a breather. It's alright to feel overwhelmed and stressed.

Put the problem you're facing into perspective. Is it life-altering? Possibly not. Even if it is, maybe it is not as significant as it seems at first sight.

If the problem is out of your control - worrying too much won't help with anything. Try to move on to other things. Keep yourself busy. Focus on things you can figure out and work on.

Otherwise, if you have some degree of control over the issue at hand - then a good plan of action is what you most likely require. Get to business.

In the end, everything passes, be it good or bad. We just have to cherish the good moments and persevere though the worst.
