Support network
Life's hard and challenging, there's no doubt about it. It throws challenges at you that could potentially make or break you. It's a constant flux of ups and downs, different crises, anxienty-inducing news, and stress. It might seem like the world outside is there to get you and every day can be a struggle for some.
All of this is why it's extremely important to have a network of people supporting you along your way. They can be by your side when shit gets tough and share your happy moments when life's good. They can lift you up when you're down and give a helping hand when you need it. They can be your base to fall back to if you crash. Most importantly, they can empower you to go further and do greater things than you thought were possible.
You need to have people you can rely on, whether it's a tight-knit circle of friends or that one special person. Whoever it might be, having them in your life will provide you with an anchor point that will keep you safe in the stormy ocean of life. I'm very happy to say that I have that support and that's why I understand its value. I have utmost respect for people who can do everything on their own but I think the toll it takes is immense. Having someone to walk the path along with you makes the journey a lot easier and far more enjoyable.
And don't forget that you're part of someone's support network too.
